You can return your goods if you're not happy but let us know within 14 days of receiving your purchase . All products must be returned in the condition you received them. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
If you are in possession of the goods, you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective). Return the goods within 14 days once you have been approved for a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The credit will appear on your statement within 5-10 business days. We will refund the original cost of postage if you used 1st Class Royal Mail delivery (but not the cost to return the item unless it is defective or damaged) . Any other types of postage service elected (Special Delivery etc) will only be part refunded to the price of 1st class service.

If you are returning an item over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service, get proof of postage or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit.
